Brian Coglianese is an experienced quality management professional with a robust background in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Helander Metal since March 2019, Brian also holds the position of Instructor with the Technology & Manufacturing Association since May 2021. Previous roles include Quality Manager at Shank Manufacturing Inc. and X-L Engineering Corp., as well as Quality Supervisor at FREY & WEISS PRECISION MACHINING, INC. Responsibilities in these positions have included supervising quality departments, training operators on the latest standards, programming CMM, and developing inspection plans to mitigate risks. Early experience includes serving as a summer camp counselor at the Jewish Community Centers of Chicago.
