John Witcher has extensive work experience in various roles related to client engagement, operations, and sales. John began their career as a Senior Account Executive at XO Communications in 2004 and later served as a Sales Manager. John then worked as a Director of Sales and Business Development at Touchstar Software Corp for a brief period before becoming a Senior Account Executive at McLeod USA Telecommunications Services, LLC. In 2008, John joined SingleSource Customer Engagement Services and held the position of Vice President of Sales and Operations until 2011. John then worked as a Global Account Manager at GTT and as an Enterprise Account Executive at Comcast. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Regional Account Manager at InteliSecure before moving on to become the Vice President of Operations at SingleSource Customer Engagement Services. In 2019, they became the Director of Client Engagement at both Technology Navigation, Inc. and Global Consulting Group (GCG), where they currently hold the position.
John Witcher attended Cherry Creek High School from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a general education. John later attended the University of Colorado Denver from 1997 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. In terms of additional certifications, John Witcher has obtained certification in Advisory Services from NICE CXone and is a Certified Professional in Telecom Solutions from Intelisys.
