Joel Russell

Joel Russell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Joel is currently working as a Solutions Architect at Technology Partners since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Daugherty Business Solutions from October 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Daugherty Business Solutions, Joel was the Co-Founder and CEO of Rusull LLC from January 2019 to October 2022. Joel played a crucial role in the development of a brand new customer ordering platform, oversaw the construction of various applications, and created a platform API. Joel also managed security considerations, multiple integrations, and was involved in external security audits.

Joel also worked as a Development Manager at FinLocker in 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager and Tech Lead at Daugherty Business Solutions from July 2015 to January 2018. During their tenure, they led various workshops and sessions, acted as a career coach, and managed teams for the design and implementation of projects.

Before joining Daugherty Business Solutions, Joel worked as a Manager and Tech Lead (as a Daugherty consultant) at MasterCard from July 2015 to January 2018. Joel'sresponsibilities included managing a cross-functional team, overseeing a full-stack platform replacement, and developing and maintaining Masterpass public web application.

Joel also has experience working as a Consultant at Fusion Alliance from April 2014 to July 2015, as a Senior Application Developer at Mead Johnson Nutrition from January 2013 to April 2014, as a Web Developer & System Administrator at Ciholas, Inc. from February 2012 to January 2013, and as a Programmer Analyst at Springleaf Financial Services from March 2008 to February 2012.

Joel Russell has pursued higher education in the field of Computer Science. Joel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Indiana. Additionally, Joel has also studied Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Evansville.
