Steve Hasenfratz has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Steve started their career at Ameren in 1986, where they worked as a Supervisor in Data Management for 13 years. In 1999, they joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Department Manager, and they held this role for seven years. In 2006, they joined Technology Partners as an Account Manager and later served as a Compliance Officer. From 2012 to 2019, Steve was the Director of Operations at Technology Partners, where they managed the overall operations of the organization and provided strategic direction to Account Managers and Recruiters. Currently, Steve is the Chief Administrative Officer at Technology Partners, where they manage a team that efficiently provides back-office functions to the organization and uses their previous experience to provide guidance and direction to Recruiters and Account Managers.

Steve Hasenfratz completed their Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration, with a focus in Management Information Systems, General, from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville between the years 1982 and 1986. Steve also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution from 1988 to 1991. Prior to their university education, they attended Mater Dei High School from 1978 to 1982.
