Bryan Belmont is vice president of Microsoft Customer Service and Support. His global organization, made up of thousands of technical professionals, supports all Microsoft products to help customers and partners succeed.
Bryan has more than 20 years of leadership experience across the commercial support space at Microsoft. He previously served as general manager for the company’s global Applications & Infrastructure organization that handles Microsoft cloud customers. He also has been responsible for strategy, product offerings, marketing and P&L performance for the company’s multi-billion-dollar Premier Enterprise support business. Bryan holds a bachelor of science degree in physics from the University of Texas at El Paso.
