Jerome Soltani

Jerome Soltani is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy management and automation sectors, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of US Services at Schneider Electric since January 2013. In this role, Jerome leads the digital and field services business, focusing on innovation and digital transformation initiatives, including establishing a new culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Jerome's previous positions at Schneider Electric included various leadership roles in service operations and global project management, where significant revenue generation and strategic organizational management were achieved. Jerome also contributes to the Technology & Services Industry Association as a board member. With an educational background that includes an MBA from ESSEC Business School and multiple master's degrees from NEOMA Business School and Le Havre Normandy University, Jerome combines a strong foundation in business and marketing with impactful leadership in the services industry.
