Kathryn Kelly

Kathryn Kelly is the Sr. Director of Life Sciences Technical Services at BD, a global medical technology company advancing the world of health by improving medical discovery, diagnostics, and the delivery of care.

Kathryn has extensive international experience in building and leading teams in market shaping, launch excellence, customer experience, and commercial effectiveness. Kathryn’s proven track record of success has been demonstrated through the creation of global healthcare guidelines, launches of over $1B dollars in medical devices and lifesaving diagnostics, building CX programs to improve Net Promoter Scores- 25 point increase in two years, and the creation of tools to run marketing and commercial operations. Her recent focus is on the commercialization of new service products and models within Technical Services.

She has lived and worked in Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, and the US. When not traveling for work, she enjoys traveling with her family, supporting her children’s various sports, and volunteering in her community.
