Usama Javaid has extensive work experience in the field of hardware engineering. Usama is currently working as a Sr. Hardware Engineer at MRS Technologies, where they are involved in the research and development of IoT devices and 2.45GHz Antenna design. Prior to this, they worked as a Hardware Design Engineer at Taraz Technologies, focusing on the research and development of Power Electronics Modules and performing simulations in PSIM and MATLAB. Usama also worked as a Power Design Engineer at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), where they conducted research on Power modules for RF front-end systems and worked on PCB designing and simulations in Altium Designer, MATLAB, PSIM, Proteus, and Hyperlynx. Usama has also worked as a Trainee Engineer at the National Institute of Electronics (NIE), a Project Engineer at the Institute of Space Technology (IST), and interned at the Pakistan Institute of Nuclear Science & Technology (PINSTECH).
Usama Javaid completed a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Space Technology (IST) from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they have a certification in Microsoft Office Specialist for Office Word 2013 from Microsoft, which was obtained in 2016.
