Nida Faridi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nida started their career as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at Orland Park Nissan in 2009 and later moved on to work as an Administrative Assistant at Med-Staffing from 2007 to 2011.
In 2011, Nida joined K-12 Teachers Alliance, where they held multiple roles including Social Media Marketing Manager, Assistant Team Lead, Cohort Coordinator, and Data Processor. Nida successfully increased enrollment for three university partners through online marketing strategies, achieved sales goals, and played a key role in copywriting and strategic marketing campaigns.
From 2014 to 2018, Nida worked as an Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment, Enrollment & Marketing Management at DePaul University. Nida was responsible for managing recruitment efforts, developing relationships with educational and professional communities, and promoting graduate programs.
Nida also has experience in marketing and development, having worked at Community Support Services in 2014. In that role, they spearheaded the budget process, maintained relationships with funding sources and civic organizations, and secured a significant percentage of grants.
More recently, Nida has worked at Credentials Solutions + Parchment as a Client Relationship Manager from 2019 to 2021. Here, they communicated with clients, addressed their needs, and served as a resource for other managers within the company.
Currently, Nida holds the position of Technical Engineer at Technolutions, a role they started in 2022.
Nida Faridi's education history begins with their high school education at Lincoln-Way East High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates in the years 2006 to 2010. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in Database Administration at DeVry University-Illinois from 2011 to 2014. Later, Nida went on to complete their Master's degree in Education (MEd) with a concentration in Educational Leadership in Higher Education at DePaul University from 2016 to 2018.
