Lt Col Terrence Subasinghe psc MSc (Defence) has extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Group Manager Innovation & Special Projects at Technomedics International (Pvt) Ltd since January 2016, responsibilities include implementing innovation policies and coordinating hospital projects within a leading healthcare solutions company in Sri Lanka. Previously, as Maritime Operations Manager at Avant Garde Maritime Services (Private) Limited from August 2012 to January 2016, oversight of commercial vessel protection operations was provided, along with duties as In-country Manager in Sudan. Additionally, at UNDSS from May 2011 to June 2012, leadership was demonstrated as Head of the Office in the Jaffna District, facilitating UN humanitarian operations post-conflict. A distinguished career in the Sri Lanka Army spanned from 1990 to 2011, culminating as Battalion Commander of the 15 Battalion the Gemunu Watch. Educational credentials include master's degrees from Richmond College, Galle, and the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, with a focus on Defence Studies.
