Veli-Pekka Ronkainen possesses extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as a Sales Account Manager at Novapolis since October 2019, focusing on key customer relationships and overall customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Veli-Pekka worked at Technopolis Plc as an Account Manager since January 2011, where responsibilities included managing key customer relationships and developing sales in telecommunications and security solutions. Veli-Pekka also held the position of Sales Manager at Pohjola from August 2006 to December 2010, where activities involved acquiring new corporate customers and developing existing client relationships. Earlier experience includes Sales Manager and Sales Representative roles at TeliaSonera from October 1994 to July 2006, with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition and consulting in telecommunication solutions. Veli-Pekka holds a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration and completed the JET Leader program at Rastor between 2013 and 2015.
