Lucy Barredo

Lucy Barredo is the head of recruitment at TechnoSphere Inc, and with the company for last 20 years. Highly respected in the recruitment world, Lucy is an expert in finding IT and Healthcare professionals globally, while performing the full life cycle of recruitment to achieve organizational goals. She is responsible for managing client/vendor relationships with Account Managers.

Prior to TechnoSphere Inc, she was heading the recruitment activities at MedTalents Inc, a Healthcare agency. She was responsible for reports and audits conducted by NJ Consumer Division. She represented her company to the NPA Worldwide Recruiting Network events and received various healthcare recruitment awards for being a consistent top recruiter.

Lucy is a Cum Laude graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Education. She is happily married for 41 years now; she has 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
