Melanie Scott, PMP

Melanie Scott, PMP, has a diverse work experience in project management. Melanie is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Technosylva since May 2023. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Locution Systems Inc from August 2018 to April 2023. In this role, they were responsible for implementing fire station alerting systems and led project kick-off presentations. Melanie also tailored management approaches to meet the individual needs of each agency. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Downs and Associates from October 2016 to August 2018. In this role, they served as the main point of contact for external project communications and utilized AutoCAD prints to understand hardware requirements.

Melanie Scott, PMP, possesses a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences, with a focus on Marketing. Melanie obtained this degree from New Mexico State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their academic achievements, Melanie has also obtained the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2021.
