Adrian Baechtel

Adrian Baechtel is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at TechOp Solutions International. Prior to this role, Adrian has experience working as a Child & Adolescent Therapy Intern at Blue Ridge Community Services, a Family Services Coordinator at New River Community Action, Inc., an Activity Director for Therapeutic Programming at Family Respite Center, a Support Group Counselor at Alzheimers Association, Northern Virginia Chapter, and a Therapist on the Specialized Alzheimers Unit at Crystal City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Adrian holds a Master of Arts in Education in Counselor Education from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Counseling from Old Dominion University.
