Maria H. holds a BA in Sociology/Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, an MBA in HR Management from Strayer University, and completed their Doctorate of Business Administration-ABD in Strategy and Innovation at Capella University. With a background in HR and talent acquisition, Maria has held positions as a Recruiting Manager at Smartronix and currently serves as the Director of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition at TechOp Solutions International. Maria is also PMP certified.
