Ruchi Raj

Ruchi Raj has a wealth of experience in the business world. Ruchi began their career in 2015 as an Intern at Raymond Limited. Ruchi then moved to Newgen Payments as an HR Generalist, where they were part of a startup team and helped build it to 30+ members. In 2016, they were an Intern at Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd., working on a live project for the Supervisor Development Cell. In 2017, they joined ThreadSol as a Projects Implementation and Customer Success Manager for the South East Asian geography. In 2018, they were a Project Manager for the Indian Geography launch at Fashion Snoops. In 2019, they joined Techpacker as a Head of Implementation, Implementation Project Manager (Global), and Implementation Specialist (Global). Ruchi was also a Product Experience Manager (Global). In 2021, they became Co-Founder of KraftSquare. Finally, in 2022, they joined ZapScale as a CS Content Specialist and Provana as a Customer Success Manager.

Ruchi Raj has an education history that spans from 2006 to 2022. Ruchi completed their 10 ICSE Board at Carmel High School from 2006 to 2010. Ruchi then attended B D Public School from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained their 12th in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Ruchi then obtained a Diploma in Office Management from Patna Women's College in 2012 to 2013. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in BFTECH from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions such as LinkedIn, The Customer Success Association, IAP Career College, United Nations, and Patna Womens College.
