Paul Steckler

Paul Steckler has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Paul is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Awarity.ai, a company they helped establish in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner and CTO at Techquity, a technology advisory firm, since 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Crosslink.AI, a knowledge graph company focused on financial technology and mergers & acquisitions.

Earlier in their career, Steckler held the position of Senior Vice President - Engineering and Operations at Vexcel Imaging from 2017 to 2021. Paul also worked as a Senior Partner - Product and Engineering at Ramp Catalyst in 2017. Before that, they served as the Director of Engineering at Cyanogen from 2016 to 2017.

Steckler's work history also includes their role as CEO and Co-founder of Bonavika, a startup focused on promoting safe driving, from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as the Chief of Staff of Digital Applications from 2013 to 2015, where they led the launch of Amazon's first phone. Paul also held the position of Senior Manager - Technical Program Management at Amazon during the same period.

In their earlier years, Steckler worked at Microsoft, where they served as Group Product Manager at FUSE Labs from 2011 to 2012. Paul was also a Principal Group Program Manager at Musiwave, a Microsoft subsidiary, from 2008 to 2010. During their time at Musiwave, Steckler played a pivotal role in integrating the company into Microsoft's music services and Xbox division.

Paul Steckler attended the University of Washington from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Additionally, they have a certification in Crossfit Level 1 from CrossFit, Inc., obtained in 2014.
