Magdalena Grant has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Magdalena began their career as a German Instructor at High Schools and Language Schools in 2000, where they taught until 2007. Afterward, they worked as an ESL Instructor at Literacy NENY from 2007 to 2008. In 2010, Magdalena joined SUNY Adirondack as an Instructor of German at Upward Bound and continued teaching until 2010. Additionally, they worked as an Intern at Washington County Tourism in 2013. In 2010, Magdalena returned to SUNY Adirondack as an Instructor of German and taught until 2020. During this time, they also worked as a Banquet Coordinator and Banquet Salesperson at Hiland Park Country Club from 2015 to 2019, and as a Concession Manager from 2010 to 2015. Most recently, Magdalena joined Techs+Together in 2020 as a Customer Support Specialist and currently holds the position of VP of Customer Success, starting in March 2023.

Magdalena Grant received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, and Economics from SUNY Empire State College in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from SUNY Adirondack in 2012-2013. Magdalena'seducation history also includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Linguistics from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland, which they completed from 1995-2000. Additionally, they hold a Kaseya Certified Administrator certification from Kaseya, though the dates of obtaining that certification are not provided.
