Randell Kelly has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Randell started their career as a contractor at TEKsystems in 1998. Randell then moved on to Blockbuster Inc. in 1998 and worked as an Executive Support Analyst, providing IT support to top-level executives. After that, they joined Ennis State Bank in 2006 as a System Admin/AVP Information Technology.

In 2007, Randell joined World Marketing as a System Administrator, where they managed backups and resolved backup issues on multiple servers. Randell then worked at CGI from 2009 to 2014 as a Wintel System Admin-Senior Consultant, responsible for technical support, server maintenance, and serving on deployment projects.

From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Bridgehead I.T. as a Senior System Administrator, focusing on daily issue resolution and project work for enterprise systems. After that, they joined Millennium Group as an IT Systems Analyst Mid, where their tasks included working on Service Now trouble tickets and supporting users during Win 7 to Win 10 upgrades.

Currently, Randell is working at TechSage Solutions as a Lead Systems Engineer, where they oversee the engineering and maintenance of systems.

Randell Kelly attended Ennis High School from 1985 to 1989, completing a general studies program. After high school, from 1989 to 1992, they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Navarro College. In addition to their formal education, Randell also obtained several certifications. In 2000, they received a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA. In 2002, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional through Microsoft. Lastly, in 2011, Randell obtained an ITIL Foundation Level certification from Global Knowledge.
