Hadas Bar Noy Tsror

Hadas Bar Noy Tsror has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate and commercial law. Hadas is currently working at TechSee as the General Counsel, where they utilize artificial intelligence and augmented reality to provide remote technical support. Prior to this, they served as a Legal Counsel at Aqwise Wise Water Technologies, where they were responsible for all legal matters of the company, including contract negotiation and corporate governance.

Hadas also worked as a Legal Counsel and Procurement at Israel MOD France, where they handled legal matters related to procurement. Hadas served as the Head of Legal at Hazera Genetics Ltd., overseeing daily legal issues and managing international litigation and IP matters.

Additionally, they held the position of General Counsel at Technomatix Technologies Ltd., where they handled commercial contracts, legal research, and employee compensation schemes. Before that, they served as the General Counsel of RADA Electronic Industries Ltd.

Hadas began their career as a Legal Advisor at Coopers & Lybrand, providing international taxation opinions and services to major international companies. Hadas also worked as an Attorney at Shem Tov, Kline, Shamir law firm, and as a Legal Intern at Goldfarb Seligman.

Hadas Bar Noy Tsror began their education in 1988 at Tel Aviv University, where they pursued a degree in Law. Hadas attended the university for a duration of four years, completing their education in 1992. Following this, they enrolled at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 1998 and graduated in 2000 with a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Business Management.
