Rini Baron Lupu

Rini Baron Lupu has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Rini is currently serving as the VP People at TechSee since 2021. Prior to their current position, Rini worked as an Organizational Psychologist and Entrepreneur, owning their own business called Alfha from 2019 to 2021. Rini has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at General Motors from 2018 to 2019. Rini has experience in the technology industry as well, having served as a Human Resources Director at Samsung Electronics from 2015 to 2017. Rini has also worked at NCR Corporation in multiple roles, including as an HR Strategic Business Partner and HR Director, from 2007 to 2015. Rini started their career at Ernst & Young in 2000, where they held the position of Human Resources & OD Manager until 2007.

Rini Baron Lupu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology & Criminology from Bar-Ilan University from 1994 to 1997. Following this, from 1990 to 2003, they pursued an MBA Degree in Organizational Behavior at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Lastly, from 2017 to 2019, Rini Baron Lupu completed a Master's degree in Social Psychology at Reichman University.
