Baptiste Caux has extensive experience in account management and strategic consulting within the sports and lifestyle sectors. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at TechSell since November 2021, Baptiste focuses on consumer journey services, project management, client KPI monitoring, and business development. Prior experience includes roles at Nike from 2015 to 2022, where Baptiste managed the EKIN and visual merchandising teams, led product training initiatives, and drove digital transformation strategies. Additional roles at companies such as North York Astros, Leaderfit, and Paris Saint-Germain have contributed to a well-rounded background in marketing, merchandising, and account management. Baptiste holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing of Sports from ISC Paris, complemented by a Licence in Sports Organization Management and a BTS in Commercial Unit Management.
