Harriet Lamden has a long and varied work experience. Harriet began their career in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant at Metzen Metzen. Harriet then worked as an English Assistant at L'école d'Odile Gautry in 2012. In 2014, they worked as an Au Pair for Au Pair World and as an Administrative Assistant for Virgin Media. Later that year, they took on the role of Freshers' Representative for Magdalene College JCR. In 2015, they were an English Language & Culture Teacher for Camford Royal School. In 2016, they worked as an English & French Teacher for Centre Caribéen de Langues. In 2017, they worked as an English Language & Culture Teacher/Lecturer at Kobe University and as Alumni & Development at Magdalene College Cambridge. Since 2018, they have been with Techspert, initially as a Senior Associate and Account Manager, then as Project Team Lead and now as Director of Project Management.

Harriet Lamden started their educational journey at Maiden Erlegh School, where they obtained their Secondary School and Sixth Form qualifications, including GCSEs and A-Levels, between 2006 and 2013. Harriet then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Modern & Medieval Languages (French, German, Dutch) at the University of Cambridge, which they completed in 2017. In 2015 and 2016, they undertook an Erasmus Semester at the University of Vienna, studying German & Scandinavian Literature and Physical Geography. Harriet then returned to the University of Cambridge to obtain their MA (Cantab). In 2020, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology. Additionally, they obtained a certificate from the Oxford Leading Strategic Projects Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in October 2020.
