Martin W. has worked in various roles in the technology sector since 2001. In 2001, they were a project manager/technical lead at Force UK LTD. In 2005, they were the UK R&D Manager at TechniSat Digital GmbH. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Harvard International Plc, where they were responsible for product development, QA and PMO teams and was able to successfully reorganize and restructure the product development function. From 2013 to 2018, they were the Group VP of Engineering at Amino Communications, where they led the global development of Amino's product/services portfolio and was involved in the technical due diligence and integration of multiple acquisitions. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Telensa, where they were tasked with creating a technical strategy and team to deliver a data led smart city platform. Since 2020, they have been the Chief Technology Officer at Techspert, where they lead the team to expand and scale Techspert's technology, AI capability, value and team. Martin also serves as a Board Advisor at Previsico and OneFile.
