Emily Jones

Emily Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and management. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Coordinator at TechStar LLC since June 2018, Emily previously held the position of Area Manager at Shield HealthCare from February 2015 to May 2018. Before that, Emily was a Program Manager at TMS Health, a Xerox Company, from March 2012 to February 2015, and held various roles including Business Analyst and Customer Service Supervisor at TMG Health between September 2004 and November 2011. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from King's College, completing studies from 1998 to 2002, and attended Friends Select School from 1994 to 1998.
