James AJ Peters is the Co-Founder and President of Global Expansion, a company specializing in helping businesses hire and manage remote teams worldwide as an Employer of Record. With a concurrent role as President of Global Expansion at Equus Software, a leader in SaaS mobility solutions, James has a strong background in global mobility and human resources. Recognized for outstanding contributions, James has been honored nine times on the INC 5000 list and received multiple awards from the Forum of Expatriate Management. Additional involvement includes mentoring at Techstars, serving as an Executive Board Member of the Fast Company Executive Board, and contributing to Forbes Human Resources Council and Newsweek Expert Forum.
