Katya de Freedericksz

Katya (Sivkova) de Freedericksz is an accomplished entrepreneur and mentor with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. As the Founder and CEO of SheRise and Founder & Growth Advisor at Boom & Bloom, Katya drives initiatives aimed at empowering women in business. In addition to these roles, Katya serves as a Startup Mentor at Techstars and an Entrepreneur in Residence at 2080 Ventures, sharing expertise and guidance with emerging companies. Katya also contributes to academia as a Guest Professor at ESEI International Business School Barcelona. Katya holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Management from the University of Brighton and has completed studies at the Université de Montréal.
