Neal Sales-Griffin

Neal Sales-Griffin is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and educator currently serving as the Managing Director of Techstars' accelerator programs in San Francisco and Oakland. Neal co-founded the first coding bootcamp in 2011 and has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director of Techstars Chicago and CEO of CodeNow. In addition to these positions, Neal contributes to the community as a board member for the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless, Turing School of Software & Design, and Share Winter Foundation, and as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University. Neal's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy with a minor in Business Institutions from Northwestern University.
