Sabrina Kelly

Sabrina Kelly is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as an Advisor and Strategic Consultant for ButcherBox and as a Mentor for various Techstars accelerator programs. Previously, Sabrina held the position of Chief People Officer at WhoCo, overseeing human resources and organizational development until the company was acquired by Bolster Networks. With a track record of building scalable HR functions, Sabrina has served in executive roles such as VP of People and VP of Portfolio Talent across multiple companies, contributing to talent acquisition and workforce development strategies for global operations. Sabrina's career also includes founding HR capabilities at CustomMade and technology recruiting at Winter Wyman, complemented by a solid educational background with a BA in Communications and a minor in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Currently, Sabrina is engaged in parenting while continuing advisory work.
