Kraig Hall has a diverse range of work experience. Kraig started their career in 1989 as an Assistant Store Director at Toys R Us. Kraig then became a Merchandise Manager at Linen's N Things in 1993, where they were responsible for various tasks such as hiring, training, inventory control, and cash management. In 1994, Hall joined Toys R Us again, but this time as a Department Head, overseeing training, customer service, and store maintenance. In 1996, they worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk at the University of Houston, handling invoice and purchase order processing. From 1997 to 2002, Hall worked as a Staff Accountant at Gohlke & Company, where they prepared tax reports, payroll reports, and analyzed general ledger accounts. In 2002, they founded Kraig A Hall, CPA, where they served as the Owner and CPA, providing consultation, tax planning, and preparation of federal and state income tax returns. Finally, in 2009, they became the Chief Financial Officer at TechTrans International, Inc. with a focus on financial management.

Kraig Hall has an Associate in Science Degree in Business Administration from Alvin Community College. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston. Furthermore, they have obtained a CPA certification from the State of Texas.
