Christian Kolter

Christian Kolter is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Personalleiter DACH at Techtronic Industries since August 2022, Christian previously held roles as International Director Human Resources EMEA and Head of Human Resources Europe at NTK Spark Plugs Europe GmbH from April 2017 to July 2022 and November 2015 to April 2017, respectively. Prior to that, Christian worked at Media-Saturn-Holding GmbH as Abteilungsleiter Personalmanagement & Organisationsentwicklung and Teamleiter Personalmanagement from October 2010 to September 2015. Earlier career experiences include positions at REWE Group as Junior-Referent Human Resources / Ausbildungsleitung and Assistent Human Resources from January 2008 to September 2011. Christian Kolter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, completed in 2013.
