Jessica Tong is an experienced human resources leader with a strong focus on compensation and benefits across various industries in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Non-Manufacturing at Techtronic Industries since September 2019, Jessica has previously held significant roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Nike, FedEx Express, and Motorola. At Sony Pictures, Jessica specialized in people and organization management while supporting all levels of employees. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University, Jessica possesses a comprehensive background in HR services, policy development, and compensation management.
