Jon Finch

Jon Finch is an experienced professional in the fields of recruiting, talent acquisition, and training. Currently serving as the SVP of Recruiting, Training, and Development at Techtronic Industries (TTI), Jon has also held several senior leadership roles at Milwaukee Tool, including SVP Talent and SVP Talent Acquisition, Training, and Development. Additionally, Jon served as a Cluster Facilitator at LeaderShape, Inc. Jon Finch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating between 1993 and 1998.
