Umesh Ramrick

Umesh Ramrick is an accomplished training and learning professional with extensive experience in instructional design and learning strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Training at Techtronic Industries since June 2024, Umesh previously held various senior management roles at The Home Depot Canada from January 2011 to July 2024, focusing on learning strategy, design, and mobile learning. Prior to this, Umesh worked as an Instructional Designer at Honda Canada from August 2005 to December 2010. Umesh holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from George Brown College, alongside a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Centennial College. Additionally, Umesh has pursued professional development through programs at York University - Schulich Executive Education Centre.
