William Bonk

William Bonk is an experienced leader in global benefits and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Global Benefits and Corporate HR at Techtronic Industries since May 2016, overseeing HR strategies for over 40,000 employees. In addition, William serves as Governance Committee Chairman on the Board of Directors at The Leapfrog Group, promoting transparency and access to high-quality healthcare. Previous roles include Director of Global Benefits at Harris Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed health, welfare, and retirement programs for over 100,000 lives, and Director of Global Benefits, Health and Wellness at Lockheed Martin, managing benefits for over 600,000 employees. William holds a Master’s degree in MBA/MAS with a focus on Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
