Sophia Hsin-Jung Li

Sophia Hsin-Jung Li is currently serving as a Patent Strategy Fellow at Aurora Consulting LLC and as an Early Stage Biotech Investor at TECHU since May 2022. Previously, Sophia was a HFSP Postdoctoral Fellow at EPFL, focusing on the functional characterization of host-microbiome interactions in a tissue-engineered mini-gut. Academic experience includes roles as a PhD Candidate and Teaching Assistant at Princeton University, where instruction was provided in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Biochemistry. Additional research experience encompasses a summer internship at the Weizmann Institute of Science and a summer research position at Bonn University. Sophia holds a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Biology from MIT.
