Amanda Younes

Amanda Younes is a Technical Services Specialist at Teck Resources Limited since April 2024. Previously, Amanda served as an Assistant Professor at The University of British Columbia from April 2021 to March 2024, and as an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto from January 2020 to March 2021. Amanda also gained experience as a Research Engineering Intern at Teck Resources Limited from May 2014 to April 2015. Amanda holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Engineering from McMaster University, completed in December 2019, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from McMaster University, earned in April 2016.
