Arturo Ardiles Alfaro

Arturo Ardiles Alfaro possesses extensive experience in the mining sector with a focus on operations and process management. Currently serving as Superintendente de Operación, Construcción y Gestión del Tranque de Relaves en Quebrada Blanca 2 at Teck Resources Limited since December 2019, Arturo has previously held key positions at First Quantum Minerals, Collahuasi, CODELCO, BHP, and Kinross Gold Corporation. These roles included oversight of plant operations, process optimization, and team leadership across various mining processes, including flotation, concentration, and water management.
