Dave Adema

Dave Adema is an experienced professional in the mining and maintenance sector, currently serving as Superintendent for HVC2040 Operational Readiness at Teck Resources Limited since January 2023. Previously, as a Consultant and Coach with OPER8 Performance, Dave provided expertise in mill maintenance, project management, and leadership coaching. With over two decades at Teck Resources Limited, Dave held various roles including Mine Maintenance Development Manager, where responsibilities included building maintenance programs for the Quebrada Blanca mine in Chile, and Mine Maintenance Superintendent at Highland Valley Copper, overseeing a large team and substantial budget. Dave's technical background is supported by a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, an M.B.A. from Simon Fraser University, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management.
