Lou Cicchetti

Lou Cicchetti has extensive experience in maintenance management, primarily at Teck Resources Limited since 1978. Currently serving as Maintenance Superintendent of Maintenance Improvement, Lou is responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance at the Lead/Silver Refinery plant. Previous roles include overseeing maintenance for the Electrolytic and Melting plant, as well as coordinating maintenance for a diverse group of 25 tradesmen. Lou has also held positions as Asset Management Groupleader and Group Leader, highlighting a strong background in maintenance systems administration and team supervision. Lou holds education from Kwantlen College.
