Claas Westing

Claas Westing has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Claas is currently the Head of Human Resources at Firmenname Teckentrup GmbH & Co. KG since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Site Manager at Novares Group from April 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for people operations, talent acquisition, talent management, and payroll at the site, and was also a member of the site management team. Before joining Novares Group, Claas worked at Convergys, where they held the position of Group HR Business Partner North & Middle from December 2016 to March 2018 and Group HR Business Partner Site Development from October 2015 to November 2016. Claas started their career at buw operations Münster GmbH in 2007, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner from October 2011 to September 2015, Team Leader from February 2011 to September 2011, and Student from September 2007 to January 2011.

Claas Westing holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from FH Münster. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications related to Agile leadership and HR management. These certifications include Certified Agile HR Manager from HR Pioneers, Certified Agile Leadership Essentials® from Scrum Alliance, Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations® from Scrum Alliance, and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams® from Scrum Alliance. Claas also possesses certifications in various agile learning formats and digital leadership.
