Hema Kadia

Hema Kadia has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on SDN/NFV, OSS/BSS, and digital transformation. Hema currently serves as the Founder and CEO of 5G Magazines, Research & Advisory at TeckNexus. Prior to this, they worked at Prodapt as the VP and Head of SDN-NFV Practice, where they were responsible for managing global practice units, providing consulting services to C-level executives, and driving growth in strategic accounts.

Before joining Prodapt, Hema was at Mavenir (formerly Comverse), where they held multiple roles. As the Associate VP and Global Head of Professional Services Center of Excellence, they led a team of 300+ professionals and managed the OSS/BSS practice. Hema also served as the Director and Global Head of Product Management & Strategy, overseeing the product ideation, roadmap planning, and presales support for billing and customer management solutions.

Hema began their career at Netcracker Technology (formerly Convergys) as a Senior Business Analyst and Consultant, where they were involved in the development of content management and settlement applications. Hema also worked at Amdocs as a Manager of Professional Services & Development.
