Maya Caroline Sargent has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Beginning in 2011, Maya worked as a Business Intelligence (B.I.) Recruitment Consultant at Venturi Ltd for two years. From there, they moved on to ReThink Recruitment, where they served as a Business Intelligence and Database Administration Recruitment Consultant for four months.

In 2014, Maya joined CCA Recruitment Group as a Business Intelligence Recruitment Consultant before transitioning to eSynergy Solutions as a Team Lead Business Intelligence & Big Data Consultant later that year.

Maya then spent two years at Symphony EYC as an Internal Recruitment Manager - EMEA before joining Contento Recruitment as a DEI Business Partner in 2017. In the same year, they also worked as a Recruitment & DEI Business Partner at Tecknuovo.

In 2019, Maya became the Digital Recruitment Manager and Diversity & Inclusion Consultant at Soho House & Co. Maya Caroline held this position until 2020, when they took on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition at Threads Styling. In addition, they were also the Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Threads Styling until September 2020.
