Sara McCracken has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Sara is currently serving as the Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer at Tecknuovo, where they focus on maintaining high standards of quality, legal compliance, ethical conduct, and cyber security. Prior to this, Sara owned and directed ViaLegal Consultancy Services Limited, providing commercial and legal services to clients in the private and public sectors. Sara also worked as a REC Trainer at the Recruitment & Employment Confederation and an APSCo Trainer at APSCo.

Earlier in their career, Sara held significant positions at Adecco Group UK&I and Ajilon Group Limited. At Adecco Group UK&I, they served as the General Counsel/Legal Director & Company Secretary and later as the Head of Legal Services & Company Secretary.
