Dimitri Gallais

Dimitri Gallais possesses extensive experience in the field of technical service and management. Currently serving as the owner and operational director at IM C&S-America since April 2023, Dimitri has also held the position of field service manager at TECMA ARIES since September 2020, and has been a senior field service technician at Serac Inc since June 2017. Furthermore, Dimitri has been a senior service technician at Serac Group since January 2017, overseeing improvements to Agami's Blowmolders since August 2016. Previous experience includes a technical role at UNISTA from August 2012 to January 2017, focusing on ABB and Fanuc robots, and customer service technician responsibilities at Schindler Group from 1999 to August 2011. Dimitri holds a BAC PRO MSMA degree in industrial technology from St Jean Baptiste de La Salle, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
