Juan Arvilla

Juan Arvilla has extensive work experience in operations and program management. Juan has worked at The TECMA Group since 2003, starting as a Program Manager and progressing through various roles, including Director of Program Management and Director of Operations. Currently, they serve as the VP of Operations. Prior to their time at The TECMA Group, Juan worked at Elamex as a Production Control and Inventory Manager from 2001 to 2003. Juan also gained experience as a Master Planner at Noma Appliance and Electronics from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they worked as a Materials Manager at Elamex from 1998 to 1999 and as a Planner Buyer at Robert Bosch from 1997 to 1998.

Juan Arvilla completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez from 1990 to 1996. Juan then pursued an MBA at the same university from 2008 to 2010.
