Pablo Gerardo Zayas

Pablo Gerardo Zayas has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Pablo Gerardo is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The TECMA Group since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at the company from December 2016 to December 2021. Pablo Gerardo also worked as the Human Resources Director at Fertilizantes Tepeyac in 2016, where they were responsible for the HR operations of 1600 employees across various countries. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Consultores en Liderazgo from March 2014 to December 2015, providing consulting services in HR processes and leadership. Pablo Gerardo also served as the Human Resources Director at SuKarne in 2013, where they designed and implemented an organizational transformation model. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Cuauhtémoc-Moctezuma from 2006 to 2013, overseeing various HR functions and implementing succession planning strategies.

Pablo Gerardo Zayas has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Sonora. Pablo Gerardo also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additionally, they have obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the same institution.
