Laura Garcia Zambrano

Laura Garcia Zambrano serves as the Coordinadora de Economía Circular en Renovables and director of projects in Photovoltaic Systems at TECNALIA Research & Innovation since February 2010. Laura coordinates initiatives related to Circular Economy in the Renewable and Efficiency Area, identifying opportunities for circularity in renewable energy to develop R&D proposals supported by public and private funding. Additionally, Laura is part of the Digital Energy team, managing projects focused on Energy Efficiency, Operation and Maintenance, Renewable Generation, and digitalization in Smart Grid, Petrochemical, and Environmental sectors. Prior to TECNALIA, Laura worked as a researcher in Environment and Sustainability at Labein from January 2009 to January 2010 and as a programmer at Semantic Systems from November 2006 to August 2007. Educational qualifications include an Ingeniero degree in Organization from EHU (2008-2010) and an Ingeniero Técnico degree in Telecommunication from EHU (2003-2007).
