Libe Iraundegi Oreja

Libe Iraundegi Oreja has extensive experience in talent development and human resources, currently serving in the Desarrollo y Captación de Talento role within the Área de PERSONAS at TECNALIA Research & Innovation since January 2011. Prior to this position, Libe worked in the Dpto. de Personas at Fatronik-Tecnalia from November 2007 to December 2010. Libe holds a Licenciatura en Humanidades-Empresa from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, completed from 2002 to 2006, a Master en dirección de RRHH y Relaciones Laborales from the Asociación de Empresarios Guipuzcoanos (ADEGI), obtained between 2006 and 2007, and an Experto Universitario en personas, cultura y talento para el futuro del trabajo from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, achieved in June 2023.
