Gabriela Moreno Delgado currently serves as the CEO track & Services Business Unit leader at Tecnicas Reunidas, overseeing operations related to project delivery across various global locations. Previously, Gabriela held the position of Infrastructure & Assets Director at NEOM, focusing on infrastructure projects within the Oxagon region. With extensive experience at Tecnicas Reunidas, Gabriela has led operations strategy, digital transformation, and efficiency initiatives, managing corporate projects and strategic growth efforts in key regions like India, UAE, and Turkey. Gabriela's early career involved roles as Operations & Project Manager and Project Engineer Lead in prominent engineering and oil companies, supported by an academic background that includes multiple MBAs and qualifications in Chemical Engineering and HSE Engineering from respected institutions, including IE Business School and Universidad de los Andes. Additionally, Gabriela is pursuing a BSc in Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics.
